The different rooms at the QIGC can hold from 20 to 130 people. You can hire the room for a few hours or several days, for a day, an evening or a weekend. What's more, most of our rooms are flooded with natural light. The audio-visual equipment is cutting edge, with high-speed Internet access, multimedia equipment, dual projector, microphone and much more. The following rooms are available:

The Hall


Our multimedia hall can hold groups of between 20 and 130 people. Its 1,540 sqft area can be divided in two, providing great flexibility.

• Banquet style
• Classroom style
• U-shaped style
• Square

It is also possible to project onto two screens, thus making presentations easier to view. Our movable natural wood partitions, which measure 10' x 10', open into the adjacent room and into the reception area, allowing for optimum circulation of participants and an overview of the event. The outdoor terrace is accessible in summer.

The Board room

 

The board room can hold groups of between 15 and 22 people. The elegance of its long mahogany table and multimedia equipment will make your meeting a professional, efficient event.

Partner's room

 

The partners' room, which divides into two parts, can hold groups of 15 to 90 people. Whether for a formal meeting or a presentation, this versatile room will meet your requirements.

For strategic meetings, conferences, shows, launches or any other corporate event, the team at the Institute will take charge of the organisation down to the very last detail.
